I have a doubt about use of immunization administration code 90472.If a 12year old boy received 3 vaccination and counselling also provided in the same session.how can we code this?
90460 for initial vaccine, then can we use 90472 for each additional vaccine?
in CPT Bookthere is an instrustional note 90472 can be use in conjuction with 90460.
Can you explain how to use these codes?
