I work for a payer who allows payment of services deemed urgent/emergent based on the diagnosis. We’d like to find a complete, current list urgent/emergent diagnoses, however we’re having some difficulty finding a vendor who can provide that level of detail. Are any of you aware of a vendor who would provide this type of list?
