I need some guidance/help. We have a CRNA that comes in and does some cases with my DDS, MD. We pay her an agreed amount per case based on the contract we have with her. Can I bill her services since we have a contract with her? Does this make her an employee? if so how does this get billed? I am willing to have a phone conversation with anyone who can help me.
