Hi! I am trying to bill two units with code 90791 which medicare does not allow and need a modifier. Does Modifier GD work with code 90791 and do I still bill it on the claim form as two units with the modifier? Thank You to anyone who is able to help me with this question or point me in the right direction to find the answer!
