I have an encounter where the physician attempted reduction of a prosthetic hip dislocation 4 different times and was unsuccessful. I code ED professional fee. How would you code the procedure for this? I was going to only list it once 27265/54 & 52. also performed sedation for each and total time was 1 hr. Patient went to surgery for reduction by ortho.
