Provider needs code for drug test that I need help with. Please read the description below and tell me which codes should be used. Thank you for your help!

I offer Alco-Screen Saliva Alcohol Test — it is a screening test used to estimate Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) using human salvia.

I also offer Redi-Test Panel Dip – it is a substance abuse screening test used to test for 5 different substances — COC, AMP, THC, OPI, and BZO. I have the client provide a urine sample in a sterile cup and a test for substances in front of the client. This rest only reports positive or negative results per substance.

If positive or if the client needs to establish baseline levels of positive substance. I will then perform a chain of custody with signatures and hand-deliver or mail urine sample for more thorough testing. I need the CPT if there is one available for insurance purposes. Thank you.
