I’m trying to confirm if Medicare will reimburse at 150 % for bilateral unnaboot application when modifier 50 is used, my understanding is the modifier should still be used however Medicare payment is the same for unilateral and bilateral and does not reimburse at 150% like some other payers but I cannot find a clear answer
