Needing to estimate charges for an adjacent level cervical fusion, C4-5, and at same time thoracic adjacent level T1-2.
I’m thinking baseline code set:
22600,
22614,
22840×2,
22853
20931
I’m thinking posterior approach due to thoracic. Validated NCCI edits, none.
Am I missing anything?

Adjacent tissue transfer for surgical closure?
My surgeon wants me to report an adjacent tissue transfer for closure of surgical wound for a hammertoe repair. I think this is incorrect and that surgical closure wound be included in the global package. Please provide some guidance. Thank you!!!
