On July 29, 2019, the Centers for Medicare Services (CMS) issued a projected rule that has proposals to update payment policies, payment rates, and quality provisions for services equipped beneath the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) on or after Jan 1, 2020.
The Calendar Year (CY) 2020 PFS projected rule is one amongst many planned rules that replicate a broader Administration-wide strategy to make a healthcare system that leads to greater accessibility, quality, affordability, direction, and innovation.

Medicaid Fraud Control Units (MFCUs or Units) research and arraign Medicaid supplier extortion and patient maltreatment or disregard. The Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General is the assigned Federal office that supervises and every year supports Federal financing for MFCUs through a recertification procedure. For this report we dissected the yearly factual information on case results, for example, feelings, common settlements and decisions, and recuperations—that the 50 MFCUs submitted for monetary year 2018.

Objective: I am currently in the process of relocating to the South Florida area within the next 6 months. I have had the opportunity to gain knowledge in coding, billing, and collections over the past 12 years in the medical field as well as earning the Management position, in 3 offices with over 80 patients every day.
