Patient had right foot surgery 4 weeks ago and came in for post-op check up. During the office visit, patient complains about her right wrist pain. My question is about the correct ICD-10 codes I need to use.

For 99212-24, do I only use the wrist pain code? Or using both wrist pain and foot fracture subsequent visit since there is a foot x-ray CPT code on the claim.
