Acetabular malunion

I am coding a revision of previous hip surgery to a total hip arthroplasty (27132) on a patient with an acetabular malunion. The seventh digits for acetabular fractures include, closed, open, routine healing, delayed healing, NONunion, and sequelae. I don’t believe sequelae is the accurate 7th digit, but don’t want to appear fraudulent using the nonunion 7th digit.
Any suggestions on the best way to code this?

Any and all suggestions are much appreciated.
