Can I get some help with this procedure please!
Doctor performed: Looposcopy with right-sided ureteroscopy and renoscopy.
Doctor states: procedure began with insertion of a flexible cystoscope into the urostomy bud. I then surveyed the entirety of the loop, the right ureter and also her right kidney and calices. There was no sign of any lesion or tumor or malignant growth. Everything else looks clear.
I am struggling with how to code this op report. I have come across 44380 for the looposcopy, although everything I research provides me with a different cpt code. I also am not sure on the cpt for ureteroscopy and the renoscopy.
