We have a brand new NP thats starting with our office. I was just wondering if anyone has a checklist of all of things needed to get her credentialed and it what order those things need to be obtained?!? Ive never credentialed a new provider the others have always had their NPI, DEA etc… Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
