I personally reviewed a CT scan obtained on 3/08/18 which does not show any evidence of renal stones. He does have a horseshoe kidney. The right adrenal nodule measures 1.0 cm and is stable from 2016.

Does this statement receive two points in the data section or should doctor be more clear that he reviewed the films of the CT?
