Help on nail procedure please

My ED doc has in his note that the cuticle was lifted from nail without purulent drainage and he used an 18g needle to trephinate the nail proximally with purulent discharge

I am stuck between if this is included in the E/M since it drained on its own or if this could be a 10060 ( he does call it a mild subungal paronychia (but there wasn’t an incision done). I would appreciate any help with this one.

Thanks!
