We are a home health group. We go to Assisted Living Facilities and personal homes to visit patients who cannot make it to a regular office visit.

We are trying to see if we can bill for LPN, RN, and MA visits in an ALF. I know we can’t bill a 99211, however I’m trying to see if there is any way to use our LPN, RN, and MA in the Assisted Living Facilities for payment?

Also, what about blood draws? i.e. the provider sees a patient and the MA draws several different labs at the visit and then we take it to our contracted lab company and they run it. Is there any way code this for payment?
