I need a CPT for removal of an intraperitoneal port that is extruding through the vagina.

Dr. made an incision over the prior port site scar, bovie was used to dissect down to the port. Port was lifted up and the stay sutures to the fascia were cut. Port was then then lifted out with catheter intact. Beveled tip checked to ensure full catheter was removed. Subcutaneous fascia was then closed.
