Does anyone else bill for supplies such as catheters, leg bags, etc (CPT A4338, A4358)? We have always billed for them but we were recently told that we shouldn’t be because they are included in the payment for the E/M code and procedures. I am finding conflicting information about this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
