Lipid Keratopathy

Hi everyone! I’m trying to code a diagnosis of Lipid Keratopathy, but I have found three different options that I can use. Has anyone had to code this before, and if so, which did you use? I have listed the codes and definitions down lower, and I would love to know what everyone thinks. Of course, there could be an actual code for it that I’m simply missing, and if anyone could point me toward that, I would be grateful.

Options:
H18.43 – Other calcerous corneal degeneration. I know that actual entire calcerous corneal degeneration is rare, and "calcerous corneal degeneration" usually refers to Band Keratopathy, but this is an option.
H16.39(1,2,3) – Other interstitial and deep keratitis
H18.49- other corneal degeneration.

So what do you think? Am I in the right ballpark? Thanks!
