If we are performing an ultrasound on an OB patient to due size/dates not matching on physical exam, however when the u/s is done all measurements are correct for the gestational age, what is the best diagnosis codes to use? Should we use uterine size/date discrepancy with the weeks of gestation? Or should we use "suspected problem with fetal growth ruled out" if provider is questioning growth? When is the best scenario to use the suspected ruled out codes? (Sorry, I’m home on maternity leave and don’t have my code books with me).
