Hi everyone,
One of surgeons (urologist) did a laparoscopic radical nephrectomy & a different surgeon (general surgeon) did the laparoscopic periaortic lymphadectomy (dictated his own separate OP note)
My question is can I still bill 50545-with lymph node removal being included in the code description ?

Any help would be much appreciated
