DIAGNOSIS: Esophageal Foreign body

Procedure : Pharyngo-esophagoscopy anf foreign body removal

Procedure – After the induction of anesthesia, shoulder roll was placed. The laryngoscope was used to evaluate the oropharynx and upper esophagus and the foreign body was identified in the upper esophagus at the level of the cricopharyngeus muscle. It was grasped and retracted .
