How do you code/bill for DOAC (Direct Oral Anticoagulant) safety counseling with patients? What are the proper codes. I was only able to find codes for warfarin and INR monitoring (93792 & 93793). Thank you!

Joint Commission updates anticoagulant NPSG
The Joint Commission (TJC) announced revisions to its anticoagulant therapy National Patient Safety Goal (NPSG) December 7. NPSG 03.05.01 has eight new or revised elements of performance (EP).
All the changes are listed in R3 Report 19 and will take effect July 1, 2019.
Anticoagulant Modifier
One of our surgeons thinks there is a modifier that can be added to surgery charges if a patient is on blood thinner that will increase our payment by 10%. I am unaware of any such modifier and can’t find anything when I research this either. Is anyone aware of any such modifier?
