Hey. I’m confused about when the documentation means that there was an obstruction with the cholelithiasis and cholecystitis. What kinds of things do you usually look for in the documentation when an obstruction is included with that?

Hi,
just wondering if anybody can refer where I can buy cheatsheets for general surgery dxs…I checked AMA , decision health but there’s no sample to their icd10 dx format. I get confused when you add acute and chronic and when I check the icd10 book you have to go to one section to another. Since I need to meet my productivity, the checking back and forth is taking so much of my time.
