Can someone please help me to code foraminal impingement/foraminal stenosis? I also would like to know if these conditions are one and the same. I know when you index Stenosis, Intervertebral foramina; it instructs you to see also Biomechanical, specified NEC. Is that the correct path to the code that I’m looking for?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
