I am receiving denials for an IPA, specifically La Salle medical associates for mammo codes 77065-77067. They are stating that Medi-cal does not have a fee schedule for these codes, which is correct. Are the G codes payable for 2018? I don’t see them in the Medi-ca; fee schedule at all either. I am not too familiar with Medi-cal so any advice is greatly appreciated!
