I have the reimbursement guide, but not helpful for professional radiology coding, and I cannot find anything on how to code (other than the C2613 for facility), or if indeed it would be considered extra work. I am thinking the only advice I can give the docs is to document that "extra work" thoroughly, add the 22, and see what happens on claim submission.
