Hello All. I am curious if anyone could direct me to regulations that address an issue of contracting for services in a health plan setting. Here is some information…. A service organization is providing clinicians to do home visits to provide Risk assessments and gaps in care closure. These services are not getting billed to any payors. Does the service organization need to be enrolled into Medicare and Medicaid as opposed to clinicians, or not at all?
