Sepsis (Enterobacter vs Enterococcus)

How would this scenario be coded? SIRS due to Enterobacter-infected urinary catheter, initial encounter.

The complication (infected urinary catheter) would be coded T83.518A. How would the Enterobacter infection be coded? I was told A41.81 but do not think that is right. From my research, Enterobacter and Enterococcus are two different types of bacteria.

Thanks!
