I have a CRNP asking if she can bill for a physical and/or pregnancy test for her patients when they come in for their Vivitrol visit, I have contacted multiple payors and can not get an answer on this questions because none of them know if it is allowed has anyone ever had this issue can any one help?

We have a CRNP who is certified in wound care that will be contracting with our corporate office to be the Wound Care Nurse at
7 SNF. Can we bill for her services if she does a procedure or does that fall under the facility billing? This question was

HCC Audit, IS CRNP an acceptable provider?
Hi Everyone,
Based on the guidelines for HCC Risk Adjustment Coding / Auditing, can anyone tell me if a CRNP (Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) is an acceptable provider type?
