Removal of G-Tube

Patient presented to GI department at Hospital. MD removed G-tube at bedside. Not via EGD, no incision, no sedation. He just gently pulled it out with traction.
My understanding is that facilities do not use the E/M (which technically would be for this case). So, if not an E/M code, what would be appropriate to use in an outpatient facility (not ASC either)?

Thanks!

Foley Catheter placed in place of g-tube

What CPT would you use for the following procedure?

"G-tube was pulled out and no able to be reinserted after attempts by ER staff. After 1 attempt a temporary 16 French foley catheter was place in the G-tube area in satisfactory position."

I am not sure if I need to focus on the G-tube being replaced and that the foley is serving the same purpose (more limited of course) for the time being. Would you use 43760?

Any feedback would be very helpful!

Thank you
Kelly, COC
