Replacement of gastroduodenal tube replacement with a gastric tube using Foley cathe

Hi,
I have not seen this before can anyone tell me what CPT CODE I SHOULD USE?

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Malfunctioning with a tear of Tri-Funnel GJ tube noted
after malfunctioning and clogging of the tube, for which this consultation was
requested.

DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE: The old feeding tube was pulled out. The balloon had
been deflated due to a break in the inflation channel. The clip was seen at
the end of the tube which apparently dislodged.

Foley catheter size 18-French was used, to be used as a feeding tube.
Lubrication was applied after attaching the old, round disk. The tube was
placed into the gastric lumen. The balloon was inflated with 10 mL normal
saline. The tube then was pulled back and was secured against gastric wall.
The cross disk was then pushed down toward the skin and a sterile dressing was
applied.

THANK YOU

Cystourethroscopy and Foley Catheter placement

Help! I feel like I should easily know this yet I am struggling.

What would the CPT be for Cystourethroscopy and Foley catheter placement?

Doctor used flexible cystoscope to enter the patients urethra and bladder. Placed a wire in to the bladder under direct visual guidance and then backed up the cystoscope over that wire and placed an 18-French Council tip catheter.

Foley just to allow wound healing

Our Director of Nursing has placed a Foley cath so a patient can stay in bed while a pressure ulcer heals. I’ve coded the foley and the pressure ulcer, but she also wants a code to show that the foley is for wound healing. I’m coming up empty…I don’t think it exists. Anyone else have the same type of issue?

Foley Catheter placed in place of g-tube

What CPT would you use for the following procedure?

"G-tube was pulled out and no able to be reinserted after attempts by ER staff. After 1 attempt a temporary 16 French foley catheter was place in the G-tube area in satisfactory position."

I am not sure if I need to focus on the G-tube being replaced and that the foley is serving the same purpose (more limited of course) for the time being. Would you use 43760?

Any feedback would be very helpful!

Thank you
Kelly, COC
