I have 3 questions:
1- can the interim TOB 113 be followed by TOB 133? when the patient is switched from RES to PHP, which is practically from I/P to O/P?
2- still using status code 30?
3- or must I discharge the patient for IP, using TOB 134 on the last I/P bill, with status code 01? before billing for the PHP with TOB 132.
Hope someone understand the questions and is able to help me with my confusion.
