I work in an audiology outpatient clinic. I had two audiologist see the same patient on the same day. Audiologist A billed 92567 and the B billed 92555. The following week the same incident occurred but with a different patient. This time Audiologist A billed 92550 and B billed 92579. Is there any coding or billing guidelines stating or not that two audiologist can bill different diagnostic testing from the same location, with two different NPIs , and on the same day of service?
