UTERUS CLOSED IN LAYERS, NO PPH SEEN
UTERUS CONTRACTED
ABDOMEN CLOSED IN LAYERS AFTER SPONGE AND INSTRUMENT COUNT
SKIN CLOSED SUBCUTICULAR
URINE CLEAR AT END
