AMA Pre, Intra, Post Service Times

Hello,

Does anyone happen to have the a link to the AMA Pre, Intra, Post Service times for procedures and EM services?

I know that this is put out by the AMA RUC Committee and is used by CMS for RBRVS, but cannot find the actual document that contains these times.
I have tried to email the AMA but have had no luck.

If anyone happens to have this information it would be very much appreciated!

Total Time allotments for CPT Codes (Pre, Intra, Post – Service time allotments)

Hello everyone,
I’m looking for an excel spreadsheet I can download with all the breakdowns for CPT services (i.e. pre/intra/post minutes for each CPT code). I believe this information came from CMS…? My brain is fried today…I know I have downloaded this information previously, but can’t recall where.

Does anyone know where I can find this information?

The below OT notes was one of our hospital case. I suggested 59100.Please guide me what CPT code i can use other than what i mentioned.This is hysterectomy procedure for Uterine fetal death.

UNDER ASEPTIC MEASURES ,PT CLEANED AND DRAPPED
INCISION; SUPRAPUBIC TRANSVERSE INCISION

PLACENTA AND MEMBRANES DELIVERED COMPLETELY,
HAEMOSTASIS SECURED
UTERUS CLOSED IN LAYERS, NO PPH SEEN
UTERUS CONTRACTED
ABDOMEN CLOSED IN LAYERS AFTER SPONGE AND INSTRUMENT COUNT
SKIN CLOSED SUBCUTICULAR
URINE CLEAR AT END
