I am needing to know the correct way to code for laparoscopic uterine repair. My provider is saying that all of her colleagues across the country are using 58540. 58540 does not state laparoscopic so I have been using unlisted code 58578. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right Uterine Artery Scans
I am researching trying to find as much information about Right uterine artery scans as possible. We have been trying to find something that states the 93976 is the appropriate code for right uterine artery scans or should we be using the unlisted code 76999. Any help would be appreciated as I have very limited resources for Maternal Fetal Medicine, if you have a good website or book suggestion would be great!
fibroids vs uterine didelphys
Would someone please advise if R93.49 is appropriate to use as a dx when a pelvic MRI has been ordered for fibroids vs uterine didelphys. I don’t believe we should be using fibroids or didelphys as the indication. Am I wrong?
