Was wondering if patient is in post-op period for having put in a colostomy and then needing a screening stoma colonoscopy / and sigmoidoscopy by same physician where polyps were removed, would this be a normal routine procedure after having a colostomy put in or is this something I can bill out for with a modifier? Was going to bill out 44401 and 45330 but am second guessing myself!
