CPT code for CPAP Management

Hello all,

Can someone help me, does anyone know what the CPT code is for CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure ventilation) management? I work at a Pulmonary Disease office and Amerigoup is stating that CPT cod 94660 is just for the initial visit but, in the CPT book it states initiation and management. The other insurances are paying for the 94660 code.

Medical Decision Making – Prescription for CPAP

After the provider receives patient results indicating the need for CPAP, a CPAP is ordered. When the provider next sees the patient, he may make adjustments to the CPAP medication/titration – does that count toward RX management under medical decision making? If anyone has a reference site on this, please let me know.
