Does anyone know what CPT code to use for S1-S2 level ? 63047 is for lumbar, would I use that or is there an unlisted and use an unlisted ??

Hip Core Decompression question
I was wondering if anyone knew what the global period for a hip core decompression is? I can’t find anything that gives this information. Any help would be appreciated. I’m assuming 90 days, but I don’t want to assume.
Transpedicular approach with decompression 63056
We have an Interventional Radiology group who had a salesman come in and tell them they could make "major money" performing CPT 63056 in their office. From what I can find, this "open spine surgery" procedure doesn’t appear to be allowed in the office setting. In addition, I am finding many payers who consider this service "investigational". Description reads:
Is this service allowed in the office setting? Is it allowed to be performed by an Interventional Radiologist in the first place? What kind of payers do cover this service? Any information related to this service will be most appreciated.

Cecostomy with decompression of the sigmoid colon
Hello,
The physician performed an open sigmoid resection with end colostomy. I have code 44143 for this part of the procedure. He then did a cecostomy (separate incision into the cecum with closure afterwards) with decompression of the sigmoid colon (milked out the contents).
Any ideas on how to code the cecostomy with decompression? The only codes I can find are with the colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Billing Decompression Fasciotomy anterior lower leg
Can anyway give opinion on how if anyway I can dispute the denial of a decompression fasciotomy of the anterior lower leg based on "provider not qualified to perform service" with Medicare for a podiatrist.

Procedure: Attempted Venous Decompression
We attempted to gain access via patients right saphenofemoral vein and the left saphenofemoral vein. We were able to gain access, but it was difficult placing the sheaths, and then sheath access was lost on the right, and we were unable to place sheath access on the left. Subsequently, the procedure was terminated. We are going to get better assistance in ultrasound to attempt this procedure.
