Does anyone know what the correct HCPC codes would be for the device, "Freestyle Libre Glucose Monitoring System"? The manufacture’s site does not give any codes. Any suggestions?

Our MD interpreted at least 2 ekg’s for afib during an event monitor for a 4 hour monitoring period, while blood pressure was taken often.

Our internal Medicine MD had patient in office for 4 hours of constant monitoring–face-to-face. The only details I have are that he did several ekgs, Blood pressure monitoring, and telemetry for cardiac arrhythmia and had to give an oral Rx. Please help me find cpt for these monitoring procedures. Thank you.
