Hi we have been billing 78452,93015,a9500 with J2785(lexiscan 4 units). I am wondering if we are also able to bill and administration for the J2785? I was looking at 96372 or 96374. Does anyone have any info on if this is correct?

Medicare nuclear stress test and flu shot same day?
I am wondering how and if Medicare will pay if we bill for a nuclear stress test which will include 93015 modifier 51, A9502,J2785 ( for injections) and a flu shot 90686, G0008 in the same visit?
Nuclear Medicine MPI Study 78452 – Level 5 E/M Visit
Does ordering a nuclear myocardial perfusion imaging study (78452) automatically qualify a cardiovascular visit for a level 5 E/M. I do not believe it does. Does anyone have documentation to support whether it does or does not.
Nuclear testing- ndc units for j2785
Can someone help me with the NDC units for J2785? Is it just 4 units or do you have to convert the mgs to mls? If it’s mls, what is the # of ml?

If we performed the bone imaging, whole body (78306) with the isotope (A9503), how would i put in the diagnosis codes?? I have C77.3, C50.412, & C79.51 given by the referring physician. Do I code the secondary malignant neoplasm of bone (C79.51) first since it is a bone imaging scan? Or do i still put the primary Malignant neoplasm first?
