Coding after TL or vasectomy reversal

Is it appropriate to continue to use Tubal Ligation Status Z98.51 and Vasectomy Status Z98.52 after patients have had a reversal of those procedures? In the synonyms on icd10data.com it states that "History of" TL and "History of" Vasectomy are under the status codes. I want to be sure I am coding properly. To me, it makes sense that those procedures are always a part of their history so they should be coded on pts undergoing infertility testing and treatment. Please let me know if you agree or disagree.

reversal of gastric bypass code??

ive seen revisions but not a reversal so im a little confused
