Is there anyone that is familiar with coding for Radiology in the Veteran’s Hospital? Are there any good resources to use. They bill completely different it seems than private practice. Any help would be appreciated.

Help contacting a human at Healthnet for Veteran’s Choice
Hello,
Any suggestions on how to speak to a human at Healthnet for a Veteran’s Choice issue with claims. I’ve waited on hold for up to three hours, never getting through to a human. Healthnet’s provider lines, for non veterans insurance, when called result in speaking with a human promptly.
