We have providers that are using this x-ray exam and billing 77077-26 for reading of bilateral hands and also dropping the 77077-26 for the reading of bilateral feet. Is it allowable to bill both and specify hand/feet or should it only be billed once per day regardless of the 2 different sites of the exam? Any help on this one would be appreciated.
